WORRY WORRY WORRY,
I worry constantly,
I worry about school,
I worry our children will make horrible decision.s
I worry that they won’t find friends.
I worry when they doesn’t seem to be happy,
I worry they won’t feel good about self.
Then come the GUILT, because
I constantly compare our children
Am I saying the wrong things
Am I paying enough attention
Am I too strict, not strict enough….
GUILT ABOUNDS ..
What do we do, is the QUESTION I get asked and
WOW when they hear my answer???
Nothing.
STOP trying…this word allow is heavy…
STOP making org charts and chore charts and sticker charts.
STOP yelling
IN SESSIONS I teach:
Hug more
stay calm,❤️❤️⭐️😁💕☄️☄️☄️
MAKE a mantra …..use it when in need..one foot in front of the other.
remember that those two feet will take them far in life 🌟
remember your child is strong, resilient, and will be successful
AFTER all they just need someone (MOMMA’s) who can let go of some of the guilt, meet them were they are!
