ALLOW FLOW

Just for today – do not constrict… Here’s the deal…

When we get stressed about something – anything – there is a knee jerk response (that most people have) which is constrict…

If we are stressed about our relationship, we constrict around it…

If we are stressed about money, we constrict around it…

If we are stressed about our health, we constrict around it…

Listen, constricting feels natural YET it completely cuts off the flow of whatever it is your are stressed about, so constricting actually has the exact opposite effect than you want it to…

Here’s the cycle:

We get stressed about life…

We constrict around daily activities…

RESULT:

We cut ourselves off from the flow of connection & Joy

So, here’s what you can do to OPEN a space and flow instead…

When you feel constricted, take 3 deep breaths, and say, “I am open to the flow of (money, love, health etc) – I am protected, I am safe, I am loved.”

And then ask, “How can I demonstrate my openness right now?” Doing this changes everything! So… just for today, flow, breathe, smile!

You ARE exactly where you need to be doing exactly what you need to be doing. Trust, feel safe,protected, enough, loved! Hugs
